The School of Food Engineering at University of Campinas is hosting the São Paulo School of Advanced Sciences on Reverse Engineering of Processed Foods which will take place from September 25th to October 04th, 2017.
The school aims at providing an opportunity for graduate students and young researchers in the broad area of Food Science Technology and Engineering, both from Brazil and abroad, to gather around a soul-searching series of multidisciplinary lectures on significant issues that may change the way we approach Food Design as a whole. This educational project will bring together renowned lecturers in different specialties that fall within this vast area of knowledge. The event will host 100 students from all over the world thus serving to create new global opportunities for fruitful interactions among participants and a chance to visit research institutions that are actively involved in the field in the state of São Paulo.
For those who are selected, FAPESP will cover plane tickets to São Paulo international airport and ground transportation to Campinas, SP – Brazil. Lodging costs during the days of the event will also be defrayed by FAPESP
